A liver as resistant as the cat itself
A functioning and healthy liver ensures that the cat's body is continuously freed from harmful substances. It is the central metabolic organ, breaking down substances such as medications or the body's own waste products. If the liver is impaired, detoxification cannot occur properly, and the body gradually poisons itself.
