Vitamin K is primarily known as the substance that helps to stop bleeding by converting the proteins required for this. Less prominent, however, is its contribution to bones and tissue. Vitamin K is wrongly overshadowed by vitamin D, although the work of vitamin D without vitamin K would be useless. It is vitamin K that transports and distributes the calcium and phosphorus absorbed by vitamin D to where it is needed in the body: the bones and teeth. Vitamin K is therefore not only a hemostatic agent, but also works hand in hand with vitamin D. There is currently a lot of research into vitamin K and the extent to which it is capable of reducing deposits in blood vessels and can therefore have a positive effect on cardiovascular health.
A low-fat diet is usually also very low in vitamin K because it is a fat-soluble vitamin and can then be absorbed by the body very poorly. If you do not eat green (leafy) vegetables, healthy fats and frequently fermented foods on a daily basis or take medication such as antibiotics or antiepileptic drugs, you should check your vitamin K status and supplement if necessary. Da ich Kraftsport betreibe achte ich besonders auf eine gute Versorgung meines Körpers und sublementiere verschiedene Vitamine und Mineralien. Somit habe ich mich für dieses Produkt entschieden welches ich in Verbindung mit Vitamin D3 zusammen einnehme da es durch Vitamin K besser von dem Körper aufgenommen werden kann. Das Produkt kam schnell und gut verpackt bei mir an. Die Kapseln sind mit Wasser gut zu schlucken. Nebenwirkungen haben sie keine. Fühle mich wach und fit.

Da ich zur Zeit schwanger bin, möchte ich natürlich noch mehr als je zuvor dass meine Blutwerte top in Ordnung sind. Neben den bekannten Vitaminen vergessen jedoch viele, dass es noch Vitamin K gibt. Auch ich habe mich bisher nur wenig damit beschäftigt und nur alle paar Tage auf eine Zufuhr geachtet.
Da ich zur Zeit schwanger bin, möchte ich natürlich noch mehr als je zuvor dass meine Blutwerte top in Ordnung sind. Neben den bekannten Vitaminen vergessen jedoch viele, dass es noch Vitamin K gibt.
